3 bedroom older town home on a tree-lines street in a nice neighborhood.  Fenced in back yard and a driveway that is perfect for sidewalk chalk and tricycle riding.  Sidewalks that quickly lead downtown where there are parks, a library, thrift stores, restaurants, schools.
